5 WEEK ANTENATAL COURSE – £175, SOLO MUMS/SOLO DADS AND BIRTH PARTNER £125

( Concessions available )

These small informal sessions are perfect for couples or women and their birth partners that are preparing for their first labour and birth.
The course runs for 5 weeks and usually has 6-8 couples attending.

The sessions are run on the same night each week.

Our aim is to empower women and their birth partners as they being to focus their sights on their approaching birth.

AN ACCOMPANYING 50 PAGE BIRTHING GUIDE, BREASTFEEDING GUIDE AND POSTNATAL/FOURTH TRIMESTER GUIDE Unique to Youtous comes along with the course, which contains information to support the sessions, and lots of wonderful tips collected from mums, birth partners and midwives.

Our approach to teaching comes from a realistic, holistic, research based , humorous and open-minded place. We will explore your questions and fears around labour and your partners.

Meeting the needs of the birth partner is critical and we will give them plenty of practical suggestions on how to prepare themselves for the birth and support their partners.

Wonderful friendships are formed during these courses that continue into the early days of motherhood and beyond.

This option consists of two private KGH hypnobirthing sessions (to start as soon as 20 weeks) followed by our 5 weeks course. Price includes all the 5 weeks course material +KGH hypnobirthing book, handbook and MP3.

This short course, covers everything we cover on the 5 week course and is perfect for those of you that find it difficult to get to evening courses on week days, those on their next baby who would like a refresher, those with a new partner, and if you were too late to book onto a 5 week course this is the answer!
These small groups (6-8 couples) are taught in an informal home setting.
The weekend consists of Saturday from 11.15 am till 5.30 pm
There will be plenty of breaks for tea and biscuits and a small lunch break.
On Sunday 11.15am till 5.30pm .
Again with breaks for refreshments. Remember to bring a teddy for the breastfeeding session!
❤Each couple receives the Youtous booklets on birth, breastfeeding and the FOURTH TRIMESTER after your birth. Also, a reunion roast is arranged for your group around 6 weeks after the last baby of the group is born.

ONE TO ONE SESSIONS – £70 (2hr sessions)

This session is perfect for women who have had a previous birth, and want a quick recap on labour or breastfeeding, or for a woman who has very little time available due to other commitments and therefore cannot attend a full course. Women having a caesarean section due to choice or medical advice can use this session to prepare for their birth, be empowered and make a birth plan and learn top tips for their recovery.

You can choose what your session covers.

If you had a traumatic birth previously these sessions can be invaluable . Women can use this session to debrief and let go of deep fears that they may be carrying with them into their approaching labour and birth.
These sessions are flexible time wise and can be held in your home.

SPECIAL COURSE FOR ELECTIVE SECTION WOMEN – £170

Sometimes due to maternal choice or medical reasons a woman plans to have a caesarean birth. This can be a great empowered choice for some women and a disappointment to others.

Often it means that women miss out on attending antenatal classes and therefore meeting other women that are becoming mothers.

We have designed a course for you. It consists of a one- to-one session in your home to empower and prepare you for your elected section.

We will go through how to prepare yourself, what happens on the day, talk birth plans, and top tips to help your recovery.

You will then join one of the existing courses with women in your area with similar due dates, to do the breastfeeding and postnatal/forth trimester sessions where you will meet other mothers and birthpartners to be. You will be part of the group from the beginning attending the weekly online zoom coffee hour each sunday for 5 weeks.
